Partial reprogramming has shown that aged cells can be returned to younger molecular and functional states while identity is preserved. Current approaches, however, still rely on molecular payloads that are hard to deliver, dose with precision, and require years of clinical development.

All cells speak in bioelectric patterning.
Like neurons, without spikes and on a longer timescale: membrane potential, ion-channel state, calcium dynamics, and gap-junction coupling form a distributed network that already coordinates cellular behavior across tissue. Anew reads that network, learns its youthful patterns, and writes them back.

A closed loop that reads, learns, and induces bioelectric patterns. Genetically engineered ion channels make individual cells light-addressable. FLIM voltage imaging reads membrane state without collapsing it to a single endpoint. Holographic light patterns perturb thousands of coordinates simultaneously while machine learning closes the loop between measurement and control.
